Baku, 2-6 October 2023: The 74th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) took place this year from 2-6 October in Baku and attracted more than 5000 participants from all over the world. The IAC offered the opportunity to exchange the latest developments in space travel with the major international players in the space industry.
Mehmed Yüksel (DFKI) attended the international event and represented DFKI as well as the Gaia-X lighthouse project COOPERANTS to share its vision with international players from the aerospace industry. Among other things, discussions were held with science and business stakeholders from the Azerbaijani, Polish, Israeli and Turkish space community, who were introduced to the COOPERANTS project.
